I was told that it was not, in fact, boogers coming out of Lily Rose’s nose yesterday, but amniotic fluid.

Any Minute Now…

So my sister is scheduled for a caesarean section this afternoon.  Little baby girl is breeched which means that she’s feet-first.  Apparently only happens in about 3% of babies… so yay.  Way to be different.
Anyway, as of this afternoon I’m going to be an uncle.

Momma and baby are good.  Apparently the epidural wore off before they finished cutting a hole into my sister so they had to completely knock her out.  So when I saw her she was quite groggy… and grumpy.
But little Lily Rose is here.

My Laptop Died

Or is dying.  It was quite sudden and unexpected.  I’m going to take it to the repairguy tomorrow.  Hopefully I’ll be able to salvage my files.  I was able to save my work-in-progress thesis and most of my pictures.  I think my emails are gone forever.
